Job Summary
Global Corporate Banking Real Estate team seeks a Senior-level VP/Executive Director to serve as the central point of contact for clients and internal partners, coordinating cross-border opportunities and complex banking/investment solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating planning and ongoing dialogue, liaising with Credit Risk and product sales, monitoring profitability and credit exposure, navigating cross-functional teams, and applying knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, rates/FX, and payments to deliver solutions for real estate clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 6+ years of Real Estate and/or Banking experience
- Strong corporate banking background with experience navigating complex global organizations
- Proven ability to build and develop relationships
- Highly self-motivated to work independently and on broad based teams
- Broad financial services product knowledge, with knowledge of corporate finance and treasury services products a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance and KYC processes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with and willingness to implement AI tools
