Job Summary
Senior VP/Executive Director in Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap Belgium, responsible for supporting relationships with public and private companies with revenues up to $2 billion; provide traditional corporate banking and investment banking products; identify, pursue and close sales opportunities; manage multi-product client relationships and coordinate internal partners across Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Corporate Derivatives and Private Banking; market to clients and prospects; work with credit underwriting on analysis, structuring, negotiation, and documentation; maintain strategic dialogue to generate corporate finance, treasury services and credit opportunities; ensure strict regulatory and JPMorgan policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience as a Client / Relationship Manager selling corporate finance or commercial banking products and services
- Knowledge of the Belgium Mid Cap Market
- Fluency in English is essential; French and Dutch are preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate credit, and problem-solving skills with strong analytical ability for market research
- Knowledge of credit, corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, and other banking products
- Must be a team player who can effectively communicate and work with product, coverage and support partners
- Candidate must be a top individual contributor with 10+ years of banking experience and a strong performance track record
- Must be able to develop and present business strategy to management committees
