Global Corporate Banking – Mid-Cap Banker, Vice President -Hong Kong

Job Summary
Originate and manage a portfolio of 25–30 Hong Kong mid-cap clients, acquiring and developing new client relationships while deepening existing ones. Formulate portfolio coverage strategy, segment focus, and product prioritization; implement account plans in partnership with product teams to execute cross-sell strategies. Lead all credit-related workstreams and facilitate approvals from governance committees. Conduct comprehensive client analyses to identify business needs addressable with JPMorgan’s corporate banking products, including financing solutions, capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services, and asset management. Requires 10+ years of corporate banking experience with credit/funding product knowledge and leveraged-loan experience in M&A/IPOs; strong client-acquisition mindset, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities. Must be fluent in English and Cantonese and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of corporate banking experience with broad coverage of the Hong Kong corporate sector preferred
- Credit trained with experience in structuring and executing leveraged loans in connection with M&A and IPOs
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant discipline
