Job Summary
Senior Vice President in the Global Corporate Banking Innovation Economy Team focusing on the Hong Kong domestic market. Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-growth technology companies across sectors such as E-Commerce, SaaS, Emerging Technologies, FinTech and Virtual Assets; identify new product growth areas and establish client relationships with Founders and VC firms; develop forward-looking business plans for clients and maintain existing relationships; market a comprehensive range of solutions including FX, flow derivatives, traditional credit, venture debt, investments and treasury services; collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Investment Banking, Payments, Private Banking, Asset Management and other lines of business on client coverage; work with Credit teams on risk profiling and financing solutions; demonstrate strong knowledge of local regulatory guidelines and a track record in originating and executing corporate finance transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in Innovation Economy sectors
- Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, and close transactions
- Ability to engage with Founder/CEO/CFO level clients and execute financing transactions
- Strong understanding of local regulatory guidelines applicable to FinTech
- Demonstrated credit knowledge and ability to provide financing solutions to corporate clients
- Excellent communication skills
