Job Summary
Vice President in Global Corporate Banking in Paris to acquire, grow and retain profitable relationships focused on VC-backed technology companies headquartered in France. Responsibilities include meeting business development goals, selling multiple banking products, delivering the entire Firm's solutions (credit, payments, cash management, FX, etc.), and collaborating across JP Morgan groups. Build a brand for technology banking as the leading Innovation Economy bank serving top and diverse clients; engage with the French innovation ecosystem, founders, investors and government, and support the firm’s Security and Resiliency Initiative (SRI). Strong emphasis on sales management, client relationships, and partnering across internal teams; thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of related experience
- Understanding and interest in high growth software, applied tech, ecommerce and fintech
- Relevant understanding of Corporate Banking (cash management, FX) and some understanding of Investment Banking (equity raising and M&A)
- Experienced in financing products relevant to VC backed tech companies
