Job Summary
Global Corporate Banking – Coverage Banker, FIG – Associate focusing on managing and developing Financial Institutions client relationships across Banking, Insurance, Broker Dealers and Leasing companies. Collaborate with multiple lines of business to enhance client coverage, develop forward-looking business plans, and conduct comprehensive client analyses to identify needs that can be addressed with JPMorgan's banking products, including equity and debt capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services, markets and asset management. Requires FIG relationship management experience, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and a solid understanding of credit and commercial banking products. Located in Beijing, China and expected to work on-site with primary responsibilities including managing relationships with large financial institutions worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- FIG relationship management background with capability to build and develop Financial Institutions client relationships, win new business, close transactions and develop networks, both internally and externally
- Prefer FIG related working experience with 3 years+
- Solid knowledge of credit and commercial banking products
- Strong commercial judgment and partnership skills
- Understanding of flow derivatives, FX, commodities, transaction banking and securities processing would be very helpful
- Strong influencing skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environment
- The ability to read and speak English and Mandarin is a prerequisite
