Job Summary
Associate on the Latin America Subsidiary Banking team responsible for managing relationships with Latin American subsidiaries of global corporate clients, originating corporate banking opportunities across Cash Management, Trade, FX & Rates, Commodities, and Financing; coordinating with headquarter bankers and product partners; developing strategic business plans; conducting client analyses to tailor financial solutions; enabling cross-functional collaboration and deal execution; maintaining a strong Risk & Control framework per KYC/AML/PAD/PEP; bilingual English and Spanish; based in New York.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of corporate banking products: cash management, trade, FX & rates, commodities, and financing solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and influencing abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and client prospecting skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
