Job Summary
Associate in Global Corporate Banking Business Management provides governance, reporting, and strategic support across regional/global initiatives. Responsible for supporting business leaders, coordinating governance and revenue growth strategies, managing client prioritization and pipeline across product lines, producing strategic/financial presentations, and delivering accurate analytics, forecasts, and budgets. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in finance/business management; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data-driven decision making; ability to collaborate across regions; knowledge of risks and controls; familiarity with Tableau/Qlikview/Alteryx is a plus. The role offers independent and cross-geo collaboration with regional/global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, business management or strategy roles in financial services
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with macros
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to generate high-quality PowerPoint documents
- Ability to work independently and cross-geography with regional/global collaboration
- Understanding of risks and controls; drive process improvements
- Preferred: Tableau, Qlikview, Alteryx; coaching/mentoring others
