Job Summary
Global Corporate Account Manager for Institutional Europe focused on selling Ecolab's value proposition to senior decision-makers in large corporate and global accounts across Europe, negotiating terms, renewals and pricing, and coordinating product trials to penetrate new and existing business. Build deep, strategic relationships with international customers, share best practices across sales and support teams, manage a robust sales pipeline, and travel as required. Requires a university degree, 10+ years of B2B sales leadership, strong English and German communication, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 10 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment in a similar direct sales and service management role
- University degree in business-related subject
- Strong end-to-end sales skills with a proven track record in sales management
- Experience retaining and developing corporate accounts across multiple channels
- Strong customer service skills and integrity with ability to develop relationships with senior customer decision makers
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong entrepreneurial skills with ability to work independently and partner across diverse teams
- Financial acumen and analytical ability
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel extensively nationally and internationally
