Job Summary
Coordinate TIWB programming across 80+ jurisdictions by managing multi-stakeholder engagement with OECD, governments, and UNDP Country Offices. Generate demand for the initiative through funding proposals and expert deployments while overseeing procurement, budgeting, and cash flow. Develop policy content on domestic resource mobilization, organize high-level events, and lead communications efforts including annual reports and social media. Ensure coherence across the Sustainable Finance Hub portfolios by articulating the initiative's matrix structure and promoting South-South cooperation.
Required Qualifications
- Permanent (PA) and fixed-term (FTA) UNDP/UNCDF/UNV staff holding Tier 0, 1, or 2 appointments
- Tier 0: UNDP/UNCDF/UNV IP staff holding permanent (PA) and fixed-term (FTA) appointments, whose posts will be abolished, or contracts will be terminated or not renewed during 2026
- Tier 1: Other UNDP/UNCDF/UNV staff holding permanent (PA) and fixed-term (FTA) appointments
- Tier 2: UNDP/UNCDF/UNV staff holding temporary appointments (TA), personnel on regular PSA contracts, and Expert and Specialist UN Volunteers
- Ability to use objective problem analysis and judgement to understand how interrelated elements coexist within an overall process or system
- Ability to select, prioritize and control the organization's programmes and projects in line with its strategic objectives and capacity
- Ability to balance the implementation of change initiatives with regular activities for optimal return on investment
- Knowledge and understanding of key principles of project, programme, and portfolio management
- Ability to manage the implementation of strategies, programmes, and projects with a focus at improved performance and demonstrable results
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant theories, concepts, methodologies, instruments, and tools
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with wide networks of stakeholders, Governments, civil society and private sector partners, experts and others
- Knowledge and understanding of the 2030 Agenda
- Knowledge and understanding of SDG Finance
