Job Summary
Drive end-to-end shipment visibility, exception management, and operational performance across a complex international logistics network for a strategic global customer. Monitor operations proactively, manage timely escalations, and ensure consistent execution across regions, products, carriers, vendors, and customer-facing teams. Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Commercial, Technology, and external partners to deliver best-in-class service reliability and operational transparency. Establish credibility with stakeholders through structured approaches and drive alignment within a geographically dispersed matrix organization. Interpret complex operational data to identify trends and convert analysis into actionable improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes. Standardize workflows, implement sustainable corrective actions, and leverage digital solutions to enhance scalability, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.

- Demonstrated capability to lead change and drive continuous improvement across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex operational data and identify performance trends
- Experience utilizing dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and data-driven insights to drive business decisions
- Ability to convert analysis into actionable improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong focus on operational performance, customer outcomes, and accountability
- Experience developing performance governance frameworks and driving execution against targets
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding operations across Ocean, Air, Landside, and multimodal transportation
- Strong process discipline with experience standardizing and optimizing operational workflows
- Ability to identify root causes, implement sustainable corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of operational issues
- Strong knowledge of shipment lifecycle management, milestone performance, and exception handling processes
- Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence and service reliability within complex supply chain environments
- Passion for leveraging technology, visibility platforms, and digital tools to improve operational performance
- Experience supporting or implementing Control Tower, visibility, or supply chain management solutions
- Ability to contribute to the development of scalable digital capabilities that improve transparency, cost efficiency, customer experience, and operational resilience
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification, automation, and operational standardization
Desired Qualifications
- Significant experience within Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, 3PL, 4PL, or Integrated Logistics environments
- Experience managing strategic global customers and complex supply chain operations
- Strong background in Control Tower Operations, Customer Operations, Operational Excellence, or Global Logistics Management
- Proven track record of driving performance improvements through data, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience working in an international and matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
