Job Summary
Global Contract Logistics Customer Development Manager Technology drives global business development for the Contract Logistics portfolio in the Technology vertical (Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial, High-Tech). Leads high-value, multi-country sales pursuits for warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics; manages RFP visibility and pipeline with a consultative, solution-led approach; owns qualification, bid strategy, governance, and executive alignment for strategic deals; builds and maintains executive-level customer relationships (up to C-level); defines technology-vertical strategy, supports cross-functional KN teams, and collaborates on product development, marketing, and communications; requires 15+ years of global logistics experience, deep knowledge of manufacturing/aftermarket environments, strong financial acumen (P&L, contracting), willingness to travel globally, and English fluency; role offers base salary within a global, hybrid-capable environment with opportunities for career mobility.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in global or strategic account management within large, matrix-driven organizations
- strong track record of global/ multi-country warehousing and distribution contracts
- experience in production/manufacturing logistics, aftermarket and spare parts and finished goods
- knowledge of complex manufacturing and aftermarket environments; aerospace/defence sectors preferred
- fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
