Job Summary
Global Contract Logistics Customer Development Manager Technology leads global, multi-country sales and account-management efforts for the Technology vertical within Contract Logistics. Based anywhere in Europe, you’ll drive long-term strategic partnerships, own opportunity qualification and bid strategy for high-value logistics solutions (warehousing, distribution, value-added services), and oversee cross-functional collaboration with KN teams to shape product offerings and marketing initiatives. You’ll manage select global accounts up to executive levels, ensure proactive account management and business retention, and contribute to strategic direction in partnership with the Global Head of Technology Vertical, with a focus on technology-enabled logistics for sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial, and High-Tech. Strong emphasis on consultative selling, multi-country engagements, P&L awareness, and ability to travel globally. The role requires building relationships across customer organizations, including C-level interactions, and leading complex business development in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in global or multi-country warehousing and distribution contracts
- proven expertise in global or strategic account management
- deep operational understanding of Contract Logistics
- knowledge of manufacturing and aftermarket environments, especially aerospace/defence
- digital fluency and AI-enabled tools
- fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
