Job Summary
Global Consumer & Market Insights Analyst role focused on transforming customer and market data into actionable strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Collaborates with analytics and data teams to improve KPI measurement, interpretation, and business understanding; synthesizes insights from multiple data sources to deliver holistic recommendations; supports development of a hypothesis-driven annual Customer Insights agenda; ensures high-quality delivery of key projects (Customer Perception Tracking and ECHO) and maintains the Supplier Directory and Insights Platform. Develops and presents high-quality, visually compelling executive presentations. Requires 3–5 years of experience in market research/related fields, strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, experience with analytical tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., SPSS, Tableau), ability to translate data into clear business strategies, multi-workstream management, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and fluency in English. Exposure to global or multi-regional environments and experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, or Travel industries are desirable.
