Job Summary
Monitor receipt data flows across OCR, manual transcription, and email channels while identifying and resolving quality issues with vendors. Translate business requirements into collection specifications and partner with Engineering to implement enhancements. Manage vendor performance, forecast transcription budgets, and maintain documentation and data quality standards. Support the rollout of capabilities into European markets by coordinating with global stakeholders, ensuring GDPR compliance, and adapting processes for regional differences. Produce regular performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in QA practices. Remote U.S. role with a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years' experience in Data Business Operations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools
- Action oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with data tools
- SQL / Snowflake
- Power BI or Tableau
- Azure
- Remote U.S. (Eastern Time zone Preferred)
