Job Summary
Global Computer Systems QA Representative responsible for ensuring that assigned functional areas, projects, or systems comply with CSV standards. Provides interpretation of CCS-LQS/LQPs, oversight of CSV execution, maintains awareness of external standards, and ensures inspection readiness. Delivers consulting on CCS-LQS/LQPs, trains customer areas on CSV topics, partners with IT and Business Quality to deliver value, reviews/approves documents per CSV expectations, engages QA management in risk discussions, escalates quality issues, and drives process improvement to streamline assurance of quality. Requires ability to work across multiple processes, strong communication skills, and familiarity with IT controls and validation practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor (4 yr College) degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Science; or equivalent experience (i.e., 5+ years experience in Automation/IT or computer system validation)
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication, interpersonal interaction skills, and ability to influence and collaborate
- Proficiency with IT systems development life cycle
- Proficiency with Computer Systems Validation and demonstrated ability to right-size validation based upon risk
- Ability to focus across multiple processes (end-to-end viewpoint)
- Prior IT system development experience or QA experience
