Global Compressor Category Manager

Lead exclusive global negotiations to secure preferential capacity allocation and drive annual pricing renewals for our most critical compressor supplier. Establish and enforce a Rapid Response Protocol for Critical Quality Issues, acting as the lead negotiator for liability, cost recovery, and corrective actions. Serve as the central hub for manufacturing sites across NA, EMEA, and APAC, aligning on demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and quality feedback loops while providing executive visibility on supplier performance and risk mitigation. Manage contingency plans to de-risk single-source dependency and ensure fair distribution of supply during shortages. This role requires 10+ years of supply chain experience, including category management and global supplier engagement, with an HVAC background preferred.
