Job Summary
Strategic Compensation Partner within Moog’s Global Compensation CoE, advising HR and business leaders with global market insights, regulatory considerations, and best practices to shape compensation strategy. Responsibilities include translating external practices into actionable compensation frameworks, project management across global HR partners, leading the Global Compensation Council, and enabling compliant, locally relevant implementation of pay programs while maintaining alignment with global philosophy. The role involves monitoring global compensation trends and ensuring pay equity, governance, and collaboration across regions to support business needs. Onsite work in the Buffalo/East Aurora, NY area with a hybrid schedule; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in global compensation or related HR roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or related field
- Over seven (7) years of experience in compensation, roles involving strong HR partnerships, or HR roles within a global organization
- Strong expertise in global compensation practices, regulatory compliance, pay equity, and works councils
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting global compensation programs or projects across multiple regions and stakeholders
- Proven ability to synthesize data and market insights into strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation analytics tools, and salary survey platforms
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area, or willing to relocate, to work onsite.
