Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain global compensation frameworks including salary structures, job grading methodologies, and incentive programs across multiple regions. Lead annual compensation planning activities such as merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments while conducting salary surveys, job evaluations, and compression analyses to ensure equitable pay practices. Maintain compensation data within HRIS systems for regulatory compliance and partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver training on compensation policies. This role supports Vibrantz's global strategy as a leading provider of specialty chemicals and materials solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation analysis or compensation management
- Strong experience with job architecture, salary structure development, and incentive plan administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Experience using HRIS systems
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
