Job Summary
Drive end-to-end delivery of global Compensation & Benefits projects, partnering with HR, Sales, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate compensation philosophy into scalable solutions. Own designated C&B products and frameworks, supporting design, testing, and implementation of global tools while ensuring consistency across multiple markets. Lead governance, continuous improvement, and change management efforts to enhance process efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with Area C&B teams and business units to align requirements and manage project milestones from concept to completion.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices
- A strong track record of driving projects forward and delivering results across multiple stakeholders, functions, and markets
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion
- A quick learner with a proactive, can-do mindset and the confidence to take ownership of new projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
- A collaborative team player with an open-minded, flexible attitude and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Reliable, self-driven, with the ability to follow through on tasks and work independently
