Job Summary
The Global Compensation Analyst role focuses on providing analytical and operational support to enhance compensation processes within the Total Rewards Centre of Excellence. Key responsibilities include conducting benchmarking analysis, maintaining global job architecture, supporting annual salary review cycles, and optimizing compensation processes using Workday’s advanced module. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and Excel skills, experience in data modelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring data accuracy.

- Experience in data modelling
