Job Summary
Develop and execute global commodity strategies for assigned categories to ensure cost competitiveness, supply security, quality, and innovation across all regions. Analyze global market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities, then define and implement these strategies aligned with ATO objectives. Lead global negotiations, establish framework agreements, and develop a global supplier base while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to align on specifications, cost targets, and timelines, acting as the global point of contact for procurement topics. Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance to regional managers, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in strategic procurement or commodity management, with global exposure
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Fluent in English
