Global Commercialization Manager

Job Summary
Lead global innovation deployment across markets, translating pipeline concepts into commercial strategy with rigorous business cases, scenario planning, and P&L management. Collaborate with Global and Zone partners to execute long-term 1Y and 3Y plans, manage strategic risks, and develop pricing and volume forecasts. Identify best practices to standardize processes and leverage organizational networks to deliver objectives while navigating complex, multi-functional environments. Requires a university degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering with 3+ years in CPGs, project management, and financial performance. Full-time PJ role in Brazil with comprehensive benefits including medical, VR, and training stipends.
Required Qualifications
- University technical degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Food & Beverage Science & Technology or equivalent)
- Min 3 years industry experience within CPGs
- Min 3 years industry experience with Project Management
- Very strong project management expertise
- Strong communication, presentation skills, negotiation skills, high impact and influence
- Critical thinking, ability to challenge and give feedback
- Able to work in various markets, product categories, and across multiple functions at senior levels to manage complexity, synthesize consumer insights and validate business opportunities
- Results oriented with respect to quality, costs, time
- Strong team player, able to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and according to ABI way of working
- Speed, flexibility, able to react quickly to scope changes and strong commitment to deadlines, demonstrating a fact-based structured approach with high sense of urgency
- Strong fluency in English
- Ready to travel (1 week/Quarter) outside of home country
- Expert on Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
