Global Commercial Director, Breast Cancer Launches leads the launch strategy for prifetrastat and related breast cancer assets across global markets, partnering with US and ex-US colleagues, cross-functional Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Analytics teams to design and execute market-winning initiatives. Responsibilities include co-leading launch strategy, elevating product differentiation, co-positioning assets across the portfolio, redesigning GTM to leverage AI across physicians, patients, and caregivers, designing global market development plans, coordinating regional/local execution, defining success metrics, managing agency and vendor partnerships for market development assets, leading global biomarker testing strategy and initiatives, driving launch milestones and governance through cross-functional GGTs, and shaping the annual Global Operating Plan and Tactical Plan. Preferred qualifications include oncology experience and advanced degree; the role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and effective communication. The position is based in multiple locations and requires travel approximately 20% of the time and requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
