Global Clinical Trial Leader (Hybrid)

Provide operational leadership for global Phase I and II clinical trials within Research and Early Development, guiding cross-functional Protocol Execution Teams through study start-up, conduct, and close-out. Drive delivery of key trial deliverables including vendor specifications, drug supply forecasting, monitoring plans, and CTMS documentation while managing CROs and vendors to align with scope, timelines, quality, and budget expectations. Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee assigned vendor budgets to ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements. Mentor junior team members and contribute to clinical operations best practices. Some travel may be required.
