Job Summary
Provide strategic and operational support to deliver global clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas. Engage with global cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth portfolio execution and trial delivery. Prioritize patient, investigator, and site needs by building peer-to-peer relationships to foster efficient, patient-centric operations. Implement simplified, high-impact processes to advance personalized healthcare solutions. Drive cross-functional communication and identify new opportunities for innovation in a global matrixed environment. Collaborate with internal partners and external bodies while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety guidelines using a risk-based approach. This 12-month full-time internship begins January 2027 in Mississauga, ON, featuring a hybrid schedule with minimum three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- currently pursuing a Master's program in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization, Biotechnology or closely related field
- fluent in both written and spoken English
- 12-month full-time internship starting January 2027
- minimum 3 days in office
