Job Summary
Lead the Mars Pet partnership as strategic advisor on media innovation, audience strategy, and growth planning. Own senior client relationships, drive annual planning, and oversee integrated media strategies across biddable and non-biddable channels. Mentor cross-functional teams in planning, strategy, and analytics while managing P&L fluctuations and resource planning. Champion data-led frameworks, ensure regional nuance with global brand consistency, and identify growth opportunities through upselling and added-value initiatives. Represent the agency in industry forums and support pitch strategy.
