Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by building relationships, preparing for interactions, and matching needs to Global Seacoast Bank products. Open and process accounts, perform maintenance, and handle checks and negotiable instruments while ensuring adherence to AML/BSA, KYC, and OFAC requirements. Escalate complex financial matters, resolve customer objections, and pursue referral opportunities through networking and outbound calling. Demonstrate proficiency in customer-facing technology and self-service enrollment. Requires 2-5 years of banking experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and NMLS registration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong background and experience in international banking
- Understanding or applicable BSA/AML regulations and laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Minimum 2-5 Years banking experience
- Experience working with both domestic and international clients
- Experience primarily with Latin American clients
- College degree
- 5+ years in retail sales and/or financial services with international clientele
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of documentation requirement for international clients to include complex structures
- 2+ years of experience preparing KYC's
- Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative
- Exceptional communication, customer service and organizational skills
- PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English/Spanish
- Actively pursue NMLS registration status
