Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Contract Management, Business or Law
- 10 years or more experience in a claim management/contract management discipline
- 2 years leadership experience in claim management
- Expert know how relating to delay analysis and quantum techniques
- Good track record of cost, extension of time claims preparation and settlement
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret construction contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Solid understanding of EPC project contracts
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate team
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification with ICC, IMI, RICS or similar
- Existing network of forensic planning and quantum experts
- Project Management experience and/or professional registration
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant characteristics
- Primavera P6 scheduling capabilities
- Additional French language skills
