Global Chief Technical Advisor, GCF EW4All Multi-Country Project [Open to Tier 0, 1 & 2 applicants]

Chief Technical Advisor role providing strategic direction and technical oversight for UNDP's EW4All multi-country project. Responsibilities include establishing a global technical support team across four pillars (EWS, MEL, knowledge management and communications), coordinating technical inputs from national and international consultants, reviewing implementation plans and deliverables, guiding risk management and environmental/social safeguards, supporting monitoring and evaluation, developing annual work plans and budgets, and building capacity within national PMUs and government partners. The CTA collaborates with Global Project Manager, Pillar Leads, UNDP COs, donors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, adaptive management, and transparent reporting against the Integrated Results Management Framework (IRMF). The role involves strategic planning, technical guidance, and oversight across seven participating countries, with a focus on ensuring effective implementation, governance, and knowledge sharing.
