Job Summary
Global Change Management Leader for the Customer Experience CoE leads enterprise-wide transformation across CX and Order-to-Cash, developing and executing a global change management strategy, facilitating impact assessments and readiness, designing standardized change frameworks (communication, training, sponsorship, reinforcement), partnering with program leaders, driving adoption of new processes and technologies, establishing governance and KPIs, leading post-implementation reviews, and advising senior leaders on best practices. Requires 10+ years in change management, a Bachelor's degree, and expertise in methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, and McKinsey; strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; experience with SAP/CRM/workflow tools; and professional certifications (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise change management, transformation, or organizational development within global organizations
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change initiatives across large-scale, multi-year transformation programs
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey Influence Model) and their practical application
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced program management, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities
- Experience designing and delivering training, communication, and engagement strategies at scale
- Advanced degree (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or PMP (preferred)
- Experience in chemical, manufacturing, or supply chain industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM, and workflow automation tools (preferred)
