Job Summary
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for mechanical components and assemblies, optimizing costs, quality, and delivery performance across a complex, regulated market. Analyze international supplier landscapes to identify savings potential and develop long-term sourcing and risk mitigation plans. Manage strategic procurement activities including tendering, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and award decisions while maintaining robust supplier relationships focused on innovation and compliance. Collaborate closely with internal technology, operations, supply chain, and finance stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives and cost optimization based on relevant KPIs and market analysis. Work 39 hours weekly with flexibility between 6:00 and 19:00, with two days mobile work.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Einkauf oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Category Management oder Sourcing in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Management komplexer Lieferantenstrukturen sowie eines breiten Produkt- und Volumenmixes
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
- Einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in regulierten Branchen (z. B. Luftsicherheit, Medizintechnik, Aerospace, oder vergleichbar)
