Job Summary
Maersk is seeking a Senior Global Category Manager for Automation Solutions to define and lead the global sourcing strategy for warehouse automation across a large CAPEX portfolio. You will own the global category strategy, lead complex RFQs, negotiations, and contracting, apply TCO-based decision models (CAPEX, OPEX, financing), and manage supplier governance and performance across procurement, engineering, and operations. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., ASRS, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, sorters, robotics), and proven ability to build governance models and scalable ways of working across global teams. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and alignment on automation investments and supplier management. Why Join Maersk?
