Job Summary
Senior procurement leader responsible for software/SaaS/CSP and IT services sourcing for Interactive Brokers. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives globally, negotiate complex IT contracts, collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and drive cost optimization. Hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work, reporting to the Sr. Director of IT Procurement and Vendor Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT software procurement and vendor management
- Experience managing large-scale, complex strategic initiatives with multi-million-dollar values, tight deadlines, and significant risk factors
- Proven ability to apply structured strategic sourcing methodologies
- Exceptional negotiation abilities with demonstrated capacity to influence executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational awareness and sound judgment in planning and decision-making
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for RFx documents, contracts, and executive presentations
- Proactive stakeholder management and internal client engagement
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating spend data into effective sourcing strategies
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
