Optimize contract manufacturing management systems, monitor OEM/ODM partners for quality and cost efficiency, and enhance digital operations to improve inventory turnover and fulfillment. Lead global channel development across e-commerce and offline retail, benchmark against category leaders, and formulate differentiated marketing strategies for kitchen and air purification appliances. Build an international operations team to foster entrepreneurial culture and establish risk assessment mechanisms for overseas market fluctuations. Requires an MBA or Master's degree, 15+ years in the home appliance industry, and 5+ years in overseas management.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, with a global perspective
- Proficient in English as the working language
- Over 15 years of experience in the home appliance industry
- More than 5 years as a key operator in multinational enterprises or industrial initiatives
- Proven track record in building new business sectors and driving rapid scale expansion
- Familiar with kitchen and home appliance categories
- Experience in contract manufacturing management
- Experience in overseas channel partnerships
- Over 5 years of experience in overseas management
- Experience in international business operations
- Skilled at leveraging internal supply chain and technology resources to empower new business growth
- Led cross-departmental collaboration projects
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to interpret market trends, user profiles, and competitor dynamics
- In-depth knowledge of product innovation models
- In-depth knowledge of blockbuster product strategies
- In-depth knowledge of global operation systems in the small home appliance industry
- Capable of translating group-level strategies into actionable regional market plans
- Demonstrated success in driving rapid growth with limited resources
- Led business incubation projects from zero to one
- Familiar with compliance standards in Western markets
- Familiar with localization strategies for emerging markets
