Global Category Director for Permanent Point of Sale overseeing a global supply chain and a team of ~10 experts. Lead development and execution of a strategic vision across Permanent POS goods and services (display units, store fixtures + furniture, digital hardware, installation services, experiential materials). Drive value through best price, best quality, best service, innovation, and sustainability; support client engagement across a global client base; manage front-end client interactions and escalations; enable direct sourcing from China and wider APAC; demonstrate strong P&L management, negotiation, and risk opportunities realization; collaborate with global client teams to identify requirements and qualify opportunities.
