Job Summary
Oversee the global casualty claims program, manage daily initiatives related to evaluation, processing, and handling of casualty claims; consult with Carrier/TPA to establish reserves and manage subrogation opportunities; negotiate settlements in accordance with corporate standards and applicable laws; monitor claims and risk indicators; determine outside vendors when needed; manage RMIS documentation, incident reporting, and analytics; initiate partnerships with internal managers and claimants to identify light-duty return-to-work opportunities; collaborate with carriers/TPA and supervisors on complex claims; prepare claim review reports detailing status, payments, and reserves; monitor funding requests for indemnity and expenses; drive loss-control initiatives and lead regular claim reviews with carriers, brokers, and management; oversee workers’ compensation programs and statutory postings; demonstrate strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- AIC or similar designation preferred
