Job Summary
Global Cash Operations Governance Associate responsible for building and running a scalable governance framework to mitigate risk, strengthen controls, and improve resiliency across multiple legal entities and geographies. You will lead end-to-end governance rhythm for Payments Operations, prepare concise narratives for Senior Management, and automate reporting and data quality checks using Alteryx and Tableau. The role involves supporting outsourced arrangements, access management controls, regulatory and audit engagements, and driving corrective actions with clear KPI/KRI tracking across regions and functions.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial products, banking fundamentals, and the regulatory environment
- Project management expertise with multi-workstream delivery
- Influencing and stakeholder leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft concise executive materials
- Judgement and execution under pressure
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter with attention to quality and controls evidence
- Experience designing Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards for automated reporting
