Job Summary
Global Cash Equities – US Equity Franchise Sales – Associate in New York who serves as day-to-day point of contact for a defined set of institutional accounts. Partners with Research, Corporate Access, Equity Capital Markets, Trading and Sales to cover clients; educates on JPM content; coordinates research interactions, corporate access events, and onboarding/KYC processes; uses dashboards to monitor engagement and revenue; drafts concise updates for leadership; proposes simple process fixes and prototypes automations in Excel/Power Query, Python, or SQL; maintains governance and licensing compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of institutional sales or client-facing markets experience (equities or adjacent)
- Knowledge of global markets
- Strong written and verbal communication with senior-level comfort
- High attention to detail and organization
- Team player who can collaborate across Research, Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Access, Trading and Sales
- Tool proficiency: Bloomberg; Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookups), PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with modern LLM tools
