Job Summary
Assist in the origination, structuring, marketing, and execution of investment-grade debt capital markets transactions, including new issuances, refinancing, and liability management. Prepare client presentations, financing analyses, capital structure reviews, and market updates while developing detailed financial and comparable issuance materials. Support senior bankers in financing strategies and coordinate execution processes across Syndicate, Sales & Trading, Legal, Operations, and Investment Banking teams. Monitor capital markets, interest rate movements, and credit spreads to provide timely intelligence. Participate in client meetings, due diligence sessions, and transaction documentation, ensuring seamless advice on strategic financing and risk management.

- Approximately 3–4 years of experience in a related financial institution
- FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 79, Series 7 and Series 63)
- Willingness to obtain FINRA licensing upon joining
