Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support senior professionals in the Global Capital Markets group. Responsibilities include managing complex, frequently changing calendars across time zones, coordinating internal and external meetings and events, travel planning and expense management, preparing and editing correspondence and presentations, handling confidential communications with discretion, and providing proactive administrative support to multiple senior stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office apps, experience with video conferencing, travel/expense systems, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) to enhance productivity. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of relevant experience and a professional, detail-oriented approach are essential.
