Job Summary
Global Business Process Manager for Order-to-Invoice and Order Fulfilment responsible for setting global strategic direction, process standards, KPIs, and governance across multiple BUs/regions. Leads end-to-end OTC transformation, harmonization, and standardization, partnering with Commercial, Pricing, Invoice-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital/IT. Drives multi-year transformation using Advanced Process Mining, automation (RPA, workflow), and AI/ML use cases; sponsors digital adoption of analytics, dashboards, and performance management tools (OTIF, SLA, backorders). Owns Global Customer Operations Process Template, governs ERP-related decisions and retrofit strategies, and leads a team of BPO and Development Managers to enable global process improvements. Required expertise includes SAP OTC processes, Celonis/process mining, automation technologies, and cross-functional orchestration. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and capability-building abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or process excellence roles, including global or regional leadership responsibilities
- Experience leading major global transformation programs involving ERP standardization, digital enablement, or process harmonization
- Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC, Customer Operations, and cross-functional interdependencies (Commercial, Pricing, Finance, I2C)
- Technical competencies in SAP OTC processes (operational + design level), process mining (Celonis or similar), automation technologies, workflow platforms, and AI/advanced analytics opportunities
- Leadership and change management skills with ability to influence across diverse global teams
- Strong stakeholder management and capability-building leadership
- Behavioural skills including strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving
