Job Summary
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation by preparing data, participating in migration activities, and testing. Contribute to Master Data Governance initiatives, maintain vendor/customer master data, ensure data quality through audits and cleansing, and act as a subject matter expert for master data. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, gather business requirements, execute test cases, and provide training. Candidates should have experience in master data management, SAP ERP systems (specifically SAP S/4HANA), excellent analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a master data management role, focused on vendor/customer master data
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems is required; SAP S/4HANA experience is a prerequisite
- Experience with Business Partner (BP) transformation in S/4HANA, including migration from legacy customer/vendor records (ECC), BP role configuration, and integration with procurement and finance modules
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality, accurate data
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Ariba/ Vertex would be a plus
- Experience with processing mass creations/updates preferably with the usage of SAP GUI scripting is a plus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
