Lead and scale global operations across multiple markets, aligning warehouse, inventory, finance, and customer fulfillment; drive data-driven improvements via dashboards and analytics; optimize end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, returns, reverse logistics, and last-mile delivery; manage global D2C operations with cross-functional teams and technology integration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in operations management or related roles
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory reconciliation
- Knowledge of D2C, e-commerce, and cross-border logistics
- Proficiency in BI dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision making
- Exposure to ERP systems, inventory tools, and e-commerce integrations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting international operations is desirable
