Job Summary
Global Business Development Manager to drive global new-logo acquisition for Leaseweb’s IaaS solutions. Senior individual contributor role with global scope responsible for building a vertical GTM strategy, owning end-to-end global pipeline, engaging executive stakeholders (CIO/CTO/Head of Infrastructure), coordinating across Pre-Sales, Product and Legal across regions, and leading multi-region deal pursuits in enterprise workloads. Requires extensive IaaS/infrastructure knowledge, proven success closing large, complex deals across regions (EMEA, North America, APAC, LATAM), and ability to travel up to 40–50%. Includes relocation support and working-from-home policies.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise business development or strategic sales experience
- experience in global BDM or new-logo closing in complex B2B environments
- global experience across multiple regions (EMEA, North America, APAC, LATAM)
- familiarity with IaaS / infrastructure (bare metal, hybrid cloud, private cloud, networking)
- track record of closing large, complex, multi-region infrastructure deals
- experience building qualified global pipelines and converting them to recurring revenue
- executive networking with CIO/CTO/Head of Infrastructure/Head of Platform
- ability to travel internationally up to 40-50%
- fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Technology or related discipline
- proficiency with CHAMP or structured sales methodologies
