Global Brand Protection Analyst

Job Summary
Trace individual bottle lot codes across the global supply chain to identify the first commercial customer and determine the root cause of deviations from the route-to-market strategy. Reconstruct end-to-end product movements from manufacturing through logistics by analyzing material documents, shipments, and transactions using SAP transactions MB51, HUMAT, VL03N, and BI. Produce evidence-based investigation summaries highlighting traceability findings, probable root causes, and supporting data for review by the Global Director, Price to Trade & Terms. Consolidate outcomes to support regional and global dashboards covering investigation performance, corrective actions, and recurring leakage patterns. Maintain the Global Brand Protection Platform to enhance data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities while ensuring markets consistently report incidents in accordance with agreed standards.
Required Qualifications
- SAP and traceability systems capability
- Strong working knowledge of SAP transactions including MB51, HUMAT, VL03N, SAP BI and internal traceability platforms such as Click/Reply
- Analytical problem solving
- Ability to interpret data from multiple operational and commercial systems, identify trends, establish root causes and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Commercial acumen
- Understanding of trade pricing, distributor resale pricing, Minimum Floors, NSV, customs status (under-bond vs. duty paid) and route-to-market models
- Supply chain traceability
- Understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and commercial fulfilment processes to accurately reconstruct product movements across the supply chain
- Data accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to validate information across multiple systems, reconcile inconsistencies and ensure investigations are supported by robust evidence
- Governance and process discipline
- Ensuring incidents are reported consistently and investigation methodologies are applied in a standardised manner across markets
- Dashboarding and KPI reporting
- Ability to prepare concise dashboards covering investigation outcomes, traceability performance, corrective actions and recurring trends
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to work effectively with Supply Chain, Commercial, Market teams, Distributors and the Global Director, Price to Trade & Terms
