Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of global employee benefits strategies for multinational clients as part of WTW’s Integrated and Global Solutions team. Oversee and mentor a large global team, deliver strategic guidance on employer branding within Total Rewards, and drive multi-country coordination, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include shaping global benefits programs, ensuring locally relevant execution by brokerage and benefits teams, developing client plans and budgets, drafting statements of work, and presenting high-quality deliverables to clients while maintaining timelines and quality standards. Collaborate across geographies, build trusted advisor relationships, and manage cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in global benefits or HR consulting
- Proven ability to lead multinational client engagements
- Experience designing and delivering global benefits strategy
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Ability to draft statements of work and manage cross-border projects
- Client relationship management and revenue growth experience
- Cross-functional collaboration across geographies
