Job Summary

Global Benefits Lead responsible for the operational management of the firm’s global benefit programs with a focus on US health and welfare and retirement plans, and ancillary benefit programs. Responsibilities include program design, vendor selection/management, program implementation and employee service, ensuring compliance with federal/local rules, managing open enrollment, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing global vendor relationships, designing benefit communications to enhance understanding, and leading benefit projects and vendor transitions. The role emphasizes data-driven benefits program administration, identity-and-resolution of issues with benefit vendors and HR/Payroll interfaces, and monitoring external benefit trends to inform strategy. The position involves coordinating with committees, HR generalists, IT, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Payroll to ensure efficient plan administration and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 10+ years of HR/benefits experience with demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship building
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and ACA
  • Demonstrated ability to balance tactical and strategic responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong Excel
  • Workday experience preferred
