Job Summary
Global Benefits Advisor responsibilities include day-to-day benefits administration for a global workforce, ownership of the Benefits+ platform, ensuring accurate enrolments and data, liaising with brokers and external providers, managing invoices and recharges, producing quarterly benefit dashboards, coordinating annual enrolment windows, leading user acceptance testing, drafting employee communications, and supporting global benefits projects and policy changes. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, GDPR/compliance alignment, and leveraging HR technology to streamline benefits processes and improve the employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in HR or benefits administration
- Familiarity with benefits or HR technology platforms
- Experience with payroll configuration, provider reporting, or troubleshooting system issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
