Job Summary
Execute onboarding of new SMA managers and TAMPs by coordinating due diligence, contracting, and operational readiness. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partner portfolios, preparing business reviews on flows and performance while tracking KPIs. Act as a product specialist for investment advisors, supporting platform overviews and sales presentations with training materials and competitive positioning. Contribute to the SMA/UMA roadmap by analyzing market sizing, economics, and feasibility for new capabilities. Coordinate across operations, trading, and service functions to ensure accounts run to standard and drive root-cause resolution for platform issues. Maintain documentation and controls to support audit and regulatory reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Background in asset management and/or RIA custody
- exposure to SMAs, UMAs, model delivery, or managed account platforms
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Client-facing capability
- clear and credible communicator with advisors, clients, and external partners
- ability to grow into senior-level settings
